SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer international shipping for all our products. International shipments are subject to our standard return policy. The Danish Architectural Press is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

Within Denmark your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after order. For EU countries the delivery time is 2-3 days and for other countries and islands in Europe 5-7 days. Please note that the delivery times mentioned are approximations from our partners and may vary.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Charges are subject to shipping country and weight.

The base shipping rate (<1kg/<5kg) per country is:

5€/15€ – Denmark

25€/40€ – Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden

30€/45€ – Other European countries

40€/60€ – Rest of the World

ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY
Any irregularity concerning the delivery (missing goods compared to the delivery note, defective goods, damaged goods, etc.) must be reported by e-mail (contact@arkfo.dk) no later than 7 working days after the delivery date. After this deadline, any complaint will be rejected. The buyer is obliged to make all necessary arrangements to receive the goods when they are offered for delivery. The Danish Architectural Press will use its best efforts to meet the stated delivery dates. In any event, the delivery time shall not be of the essence and Danish Architectural Press shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage or expense incurred by the buyer or any third party directly or indirectly as a result of the failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The buyer must ensure that the delivery address details (street, building, staircase, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers etc.) are correct and complete. Any return caused by an error or inaccuracy in the delivery address is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY
The Danish Architectural Press offers 14 days full return on all products purchased through our webshop. The period starts from the day you receive the order. You must notify us of the withdrawal of the item within 14 days of purchase, and from there you must return the shipment within 14 days. Please notify us by email at cdb@arkfo.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

NOTE: It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the products or pick up the products at the delivery point without notifying cdb@arkfo.dk in due time.

Return of books
When you wish to return an item, you must send it without undue delay and in its original condition. No later than 14 days after you have indicated your withdrawal. Please enclose the order confirmation and withdrawal form with the package. Please make sure you pack the return package properly, as you will bear the risk of the products from the time of delivery until we receive them back.

Refund
We will refund the full amount of the purchase, as well as the delivery and refund costs, if the right of return is used correctly (see above). Should the value of the book have deteriorated due to incorrect handling, this will be deducted from the purchase price. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as when you purchased the item. Refunds will take effect once we have received the item back, or unless proof of refund has been provided previously.

PRICES
The Danish Architectural Press is responsible for setting prices. All prices are in Euro (€). Prices are subject to change without notice, as we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
This Privacy Policy informs you of the manner in which we collect and process your personal data. The personal information of the user gathered from the purchase of a product, or subscription to the newsletter, will be collected and processed by the publisher, who is responsible for processing. By purchasing a product on the site, or by subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to us collecting and processing your data in the manner described here. We collect and process your surname, first name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.

This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including:
