A Kassen was formed in 2004 and consists of Christian Bretton-Meyer, Morten Steen Hebsgaard, Søren Petersen and Tommy Petersen. Characterised by an artistic practice that spans site-specific and performative installations, photographs and sculptures, A Kassen experiments with a combination of humorous, aesthetic and abstract strategies in the encounter between work and audience by rethinking the exhibition situation and everyday life through constructed situations.
